Bill Craft and his unnamed silent partner (which probably doesn't actually exist) hired us back in April to create them a website, with ZERO deposit we created the first page, Bill through text messages which you can see below stated once we completed the ENTIRE website he would pay the invoice.

Bill is almost impossible to get ahold of, at first he said he was busy, later he moved into his wife was in a cancer treatment center and was spending time with her which is why he could not answer his phone. Understandably we gave him the benefit of the doubt. Still to this day we do not know if she has cancer or if he even has a wife at all. As we go through the story you will understand why.

June 11th Bill stated that they could not Pay the invoice until we connected the website to his Google Listing. Bill had not granted us access to his google listing so that was impossible. We informed Bill we still needed to connect the website to a Domain and we still needed information from him to make the final touches on the website. After 5 days of ZERO response from Bill, out of Good Faith we purchased a domain, connected the website and suggested a Google Listing edit since we still did not have access to his listing.

From June 11th to June 18th Bill responded about 1 time per day with miscellaneous edits, he refused to get on a call or a zoom to go through the website and make the edits necessary. June 18th he stated his "Partner" which had been out of the country the last few months, said to remove Ronald from the founder. That detail was showing only on the Mobile version. We edited it. That was the first time we were notified Bill had a Partner. We asked Bill for his partners phone number on June 23rd, Bill stated he was out of the Country and would be back next week. As you progress through this story his "Partner" never came back and when you call him he doesn't have a voicemail and never answers the phone. HMMMM

June 23rd. Bill requests we put Certifications on the website, and that "We" had access until 8pm. We were not sure what he was talking about as far as access. We built the website and full control of it. As you can see here.

We sent Bill this list of completed tasks:
Purchase Domain - Done
Add Website to Google Listing - Done
Add Waterproofing Balcony decks - Done
Post pockets - Done
ceo and founder -Ronald Richard's Remove- Done
Wet sealing - Done
Traffic coating -Done
Certifications - Done

And asked if that covered the edits.... ZERO response for 3 days

The next communication we receive from Bill was

"Good afternoon Richard, my partner is saying for some odd reason our listing is coming up when he types in painters in Clearwater can you assist and if there's an extra cost add to Invoice"

We let Bill know that for us to optimize his Google Listing it would be an additional $600, however we would not complete the work until he paid the full invoice being that he gave us the run around with the website and edits for months. He said "add it to the invoice". We sent him the invoice for the website and google optimization.

This is where Bill went dark.... ZERO communication until July 7th.

This is when he stated he was out of the Country...

Let's think about 3 scenarios

Scenario 1. Bills wife ended up dying of cancer so he took a trip to mourn

Scenario 2. Bills wife doesn't have cancer (maybe no wife at all) so he just decided to take a trip

Scenario 3. Bills wife does have cancer but Bill doesn't care do he takes a trip anyway

I will let you decide which is true.

At this point he lets us know that he is in Venezuela and his "Partner" is also out of the country.

So we have 2 partners both out of the country for EXTENDED periods of time and a company still running. Sounds like a situation all business owners would like to be in. The business can run with or without you.

We continued to follow up with Bill through Text, Emails, Reminders, Voicemails and received ZERO response until July 27th.

Bill said he would not be back until August 18th. **WHICH IS TODAY**

July 27th he said he would handle it upon his return which was in approx 3 weeks. We told Bill that we could see that he was VISUALLY seeing our messages and viewing the invoices and he was able to Pay the invoice from anywhere on the planet.

AGAIN Bill went Silent.

As any business will do we decided to remove the pages of the website and put a placeholder until the invoice was paid.

This is where is gets Juicy..

Up until that point we have heard zero from Bills "Partner"

BAMM all of a sudden "Partner" texts in saying that our Public service announcement that Bill was out of the Country was Defaming the company and we would be hearing from his legal team.

This is where it gets Hilarious.

Bills "Partner" said we put the information up without Authorization. He also stated that it was "HIS" website. Which is kinda crazy since they never paid for anything. So technically it was our website, we built it, we bought the domain.

After confronting "Partner" he said "Bills behavior was unacceptable"

I said we could resolve this quickly and he just needed to pay the invoice.

Well "Partner" went dark also..

When he would text he would state over and over that his legal team would be getting involved.

We have received no communication from them still to today.

So as of today August 18th Bill is supposed to be back from Venezuela to pay the invoice, NO communication

However Bills "Partner" sent a text saying to just remove the website completely.

We said "NO"

Gave him 2 options.

1) Pay the invoice and we part ways

2) We post the entire conversation
